Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:
- Phone the dedicated prescription line operated by admin staff weekdays from 9.30am until 12pm. Call 01292 272140.
- Outwith these times, leave your request on the answering machine, telephone number as above.
- Post your order with a return stamp addressed envelope.
- Order at Reception.
- Via our secure online form CLICK HERE
If your repeat prescription is requested prior to 12pm, we endeavour to have it ready for collection after 3pm on the same day.
A prescription may not be given for an item that is not listed on your current medication list. Prescriptions are regularly checked and you will be asked from time to time to attend for a review of your treatment.
You can arrange for your repeat prescription to be automatically sent to a Pharmacy of your choice to avoid the need for you to collect a prescription from the surgery first. Click here to download a form which you should complete and return to the surgery.
