Practice Nurses
Sister Sandra White
Sister White is a fully registered nursing sister who works
part-time in the Practice. She joined the Practice in 1992.
Sister Diane Izat
Sister Izat is a fully registered nursing sister who works part-time
in the Practice. She joined the Practice in 1997. Sister Izat has gained qualifications in acute care enabling her to diagnose and treat acute problems. If you need seen within 48 hours, you may be offered an appointment with her. She continues her Practice Nursing duties also.
Nurse Jill Meikle
Nurse Meikle is a fully registered nurse who works part-time in
the Practice. She joined in 2003.
Healthcare Assistants
The Practice employs the services of two Healthcare Assistants. They have a range of appointment times and are available for simple procedures eg blood taking, blood pressure measurement, ECGs and assisting with chronic disease annual reviews.
