Home Visits
Home visits are for patients who are housebound or too ill to
come to the Surgery.
Please telephone before 9.30am to request a house visit.
Requests for house visits are usually assessed by the Triage Nurse. If your call is urgent, please say so.
We do not automatically visit patients on discharge from hospital.
If you require a visit, please contact the Surgery. Please remember that facilities for examination are better at the Surgery.
