Abusive Behaviour
The Practice will not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour.
Any acts of violent or threatening behaviour will be reported to the
Police and you will be removed from our Practice list with immediate
effect. Alternative arrangements will be made for your care by the
Health Board.
